At Jubilee, our approach is different than you might find elsewhere, as our focus is providing mental health care that treats the mind, body, and spirit with a deep connection to nature. We believe that sunshine and green leaves are fundamental to healing. We also know that when we take care of ourselves, the land, the plants, the animals, and each other, we remember our inherent wholeness, which is why you’ll find that we are interested in all the parts of you to ensure the best possible care.
We have two locations that service the greater “Triangle” area of North Carolina. Our IOP services are located on a 10-acre farm in Hillsborough which integrates ecology and the outdoors into treatment with the inherent understanding that healing must be holistic—that healing ourselves and healing the natural world are interrelated processes. Our outpatient medication management and outpatient therapy programs are located both at the farm and at our office at 202 Millstone Drive, Hillsborough, a location convenient to I-40 and downtown Hillsborough. Our programs include an Intensive Outpatient Program, as well as Medication Management and Outpatient Therapy.
We understand the struggle for meaning and mental well-being that our young people face and provide a wide range of tools to provide you with well-rounded, expert-led treatment. Additionally, we use evidence-based psychotherapeutic and pharmacological methodologies in the context of continuous co-creation of an ecological and community space by our clients. For instance, within our outpatient program, you will find that we focus on five domains which are critical to mental health, from getting to know yourself to building a community through mutual support to learning how to remain grounded through mindfulness and creativity.
