Our intensive outpatient programs focus on five domains that are critical to mental health.

When the world becomes too chaotic, it’s important to understand there are people who care and can help you see a better path. The support you’ve been searching for might be closer than you think. At Jubilee, we offer two options for our intensive outpatient program that both take place on our 10-acre working farm. The programs are designed to allow you to continue to participate in work or school part-time, while providing you with high-frequency, effective clinical services. More information on the two options we offer is presented below:

  • Young Adult Day Program: Our Intensive Outpatient Program that runs during the day is catered to young adults between the ages of 18-28. We typically start sessions in the morning, and they run until early afternoon. Those who attend should plan on coming three to five days every week. Each client’s treatment schedule is determined based on their personal needs and preferences. As a participant, you can engage in a wide range of special activities, including cooking, yoga, herbalism, music therapy, and more.
  • Jubilee Evening Program: Our evening Intensive Outpatient Program is geared to those who may not be available during the day due to work or other constraints. Our evening program usually runs three days a week from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and is open to anyone over the age of 18. Those who attend should plan on coming three days every week. The key aspect of this program is our holistic approach – expect to engage in yoga, farm time, art, herbalism, and other activities that enrich the mind and the body while encouraging healing.

Intensive Outpatient Program

As part of our intensive outpatient programs, we offer yoga and mindfulness, group therapy, and horticultural therapy. We believe that the farm is a space that calls to the imagination. Our spacious outdoor campus is paired with physician-led services that combine movement, sunlight, and nature, with more conventional group psychotherapy techniques to support real and lasting healing.

Additionally, our group therapy activities draw heavily from Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral (DBT) Therapy to deepen our shared sense of presence and ability to overcome thoughts that don’t align with our values.

Our model focuses on five domains that are critical to mental health and personal growth. Those domains are as follows:

  • Relationship With Self — Getting to know yourself, your feelings and preferences, and how to care for yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
  • Relationship to Others — Building your community of mutual support through friendship, family bonds, and professional or volunteer relationships.
  • Relationship to Earth — Creating a sense of caring and stewardship for the Earth as a way of grounding ourselves and finding our center.
  • Spirituality — Our secular approach to spirituality allows you to find meaning through mindfulness, creativity, and embodiment.
  • Life Skills — Exploring how to find meaningful work, housing, and relationship with money.
