LCMHCA, LCAS-A
Hi, I’m Hannah and I use she/her pronouns. As a practicing clinician I approach healing as a deeply personal and holistic process, one that honors the mind, body, and spirit.
As a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate I specialize in substance use recovery and am especially passionate about helping clients explore their motivations for change in their relationship with substances. I’m trained in evidence-based approaches to support recovery, with particular experience working with cannabis use, including CBD and other THC-related products. Additionally, as a trained Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, I work with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, anxiety, life transitions, and identity exploration. My approach is also rooted in existential therapy, meaning we’ll spend time building a trusting therapeutic relationship while exploring who you are, what matters most to you, and how you want to live, especially amidst pain, uncertainty, or change.
I integrate evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT, ACT, and MI, alongside somatic and body-based approaches. I also draw from my background in yoga and yogic philosophy, bringing in breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness to support healing in a more embodied way.
I tend to view healing through a broader lens, one that includes our relationships, communities, and connection to the natural world. I’m especially drawn to experiential and ecological approaches that can help you reconnect with yourself and your environment in a more embodied way, and Jubilee is the perfect place for you to start that journey!
