Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate therapist to provide group and individual clinical services in the IOP and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mental health treatment, a passion for holistic care, and a strong background in both evidence-based practices and nature-based therapy. As a Jubilee Therapist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our therapeutic approach, supervising peer support staff, and providing exceptional care to our clients.

This is a part time position. The hours for a therapist are 8:30-2pm 2 or 3 days a week. Clients attend the IOP from 9-1. Therapists seeking a full time position may see individual clients other days via telehealth or in person (hybrid) to reach full time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide group and individual therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals.

  • Lead the IOP program on any day that you are there, being responsible to ensure that all documentation is complete by the end of each day, the program is staying on schedule as it runs, and all plans and preparations are ready in advance of the next day’s program.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of treatment plans that stem from clear case conceptualization and that incorporate holistic care principles, evidence-based practices, and nature-based therapy.

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, integrating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, mindfulness, and outdoor, farm-based experiential therapies.

  • Lead two or three psychotherapy groups per week. All groups are co-lead by a peer support specialist.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, making adjustments to therapy programs as needed.

  • Stay current with research and developments in mental health, holistic care, and nature-based therapy.

  • Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.

  • Supervision will be provided for all therapists, including supervision towards licensure for provisionally licensed clinicians.

  • After-hours call rotation to be mutually agreed upon, likely including a one week shift every 3 weeks, and including supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians.

  • Have flexibility in schedule to be able to cover other groups when other providers are out.

  • Complete documentation for all groups that you lead and oversee all the aspects of documentation for the day for the IOP (sign off on all documentation completed by PSSs).

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Valid state licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, PsyD, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
